I trust Daryl Morey's judgement, however, Kevin Pritchard has not been wrong in 3 years.
Hope we made the right move...

can't really tell.. One on ones don't really prove much. But Batum has a nice release and jumpshot and can play 1 on 1. I don't think he has the upper body strength yet though. You have to see how they are in the court. The footage is too short to show much

Yeah, can't really make out anything from this video. As long as Greene works hard and smartens up as a basketball player in terms of shot selection and turns into a solid player down the road, then I'll be happy.

well, it looks like Batum is a bit more polished, especially around the basket
but again thats just a short clip

Batum is a complimentary all-arround player, Greene a scorer. Greene might be a better fit playing along 2 dominating figures, Batum might fit better in Portland´s balanced attack where he doesn´t have to score. Just because Pritchard rather has Batum doesn´t mean he´d be better for Houston even if he turns out to be better for Portland.

I thought Batum looked raw.
He was also too skinny. There's no way he gets inside shots like that in the NBA.

LOL I can you guys say they looked raw , it was a 1 minutes clip of them shooting jumpers alone or playing some one on one.

I say that because Batum's moves look tentative; they aren't smooth or fluid.
If I were 6'8 (and 19), I'd look like a more intruiguing prospect than Batum based on that clip.

You can't compare by video, one thing about highlights, they never show the "bad" things, I would take Greene though.

You can't really draw conclusions from that footage regarding how their games will translate onto an NBA court playing 5 on 5. However, watch DJ Augustin's pre-draft video with the Blazers. Maybe I'm biased because I'm a Longhorn, but he looks pretty darn good.
