Nets Want Brooks & Greene: Wanna Deal?
What would it take to pry these two youngsters away from the Rockets?
There are a number of variations, but let me know what you think. Oh heck, I'll make it easier; you can vote from a list of these options.

None of the above.
The only rookie that I'm interested is Sean Williams. And maybe Marcus Willaims. In my opinion, Maurice Ager has no upside.

Devin Harris.
And we'll throw in Francis.

I saw some Nets fan would be willing to Head for Marcus Williams and you yourself wouldn't hate the deal either. I'd definitely do that!

Those are horrible offers in the poll.
You might as well ask for Yao in exchange for Krstic in a sign and trade.

carter/marcus for battier/jackson/brooks/harris[or novak]
that would interest us
marcus for head
sean for hayes
would also be fair for both sides

Sean Williams is from Houston is he not? He can be a bit psycho, but can he man up or what? Would add a mean streak to Yao.

don't know if I wil do that but I will definetyl consider , I am a big Sean Williams fan.
How about Brooks , Dorsey and Memphis' 2009 2nd (31-35 range) For Williams.
Maybe we can add Head and you throw in Ager if you want.

None of the listed offers would interest the Rockets in the least. I don't see the Rockets taking on Carter's salary either, from what the media and interviews with Daryl Morey seem to suggest.
Basically, the only Nets player that I'd realistically be interested in for those two would be Devin Harris.

Wow...you are a big Sean fan. A bit generous there with our assets.

Yeah I really like his game , his shot blocking is amazing.
I am starting to grow impatient with Brooks , he was supposed to be a good shooter and I really don't see that.
With his size thats a must.
And Dorsey will never be more than a backup.

Re: Nets Want Brooks & Greene: Wanna Deal?
He may be a better rebounder than Sean and could be a comparable shotblocker(not as good as Sean though as that seems to be his one elite skill at the moment) from what I've seen. Sean may be a career backup as well. He has a ways to go. He has more upside, but I like Dorsey's motor and mentality better.
I wouldn't give up on Brooks just yet, but I'm not too high on him at the moment. I wish we would have thrown in the fire and stuck with him like Rondo amd Stuckey were. One year later and we still don't know if this kid can play or not. I hate thay, but it's still too soon to write him off.

Ecuhus,
I gave you the same response the Rockets would. There is little on your team that the Rockets would want to trade their last 2 First Rd picks for. Brooks and Greene were taken for their future impact-not for what they can do for the team now.
I give each trade proposal all the seriousness its worth.
