Sean Singletary... thoughts?

Since we acquired him in the Artest deal, I really think we need to take a look at this guy. He put up solid numbers through out college. Had a decent assist/turnover ratio. He can score (17 ppg in college). He has more size than Brooks, though not by much. I really think he could make some noise in training camp. I really hope we keep him around till at least then and see if he can take a roster spot from someone.

Patrick Ewing Jr. we can just cut right away...

they said they are going to cut Singletary and Ewing jr. both

If we have the roster spots for them I would put them in the D-League.. they might be more useful than head or novak... and even francis who knows.

I remember watching him several times this past year. The guy is strong for his size, pretty quick, and whoo don't leave him open or he will make you PAY.

How many guys can you take in to training camp? Isn't it more than the 15 that make the roster? I think hes the perfect guy to take in to camp just to push our other PGs. I think he's going to be a lot like azubikie is... we'll cut him and someone will give him a shot, and he'll contribute there.

^ Max...have you ever stood next to brooks... he's a legit 5'9... singletary has a at least 2 inches on him.

i don't think there's a limit for training camp
preseason is like 19 or 20 (i'm not sure)
season roster is 15

predraft measurement showed Brooks is about 5'10" w/o shoes

I consider myself 5"9 i stood next to brooks in the club and i was taller than him

I CONSIDER myself 6'9" and I stood by a T-Mac and Yao Ming Lifesize poster and I was alot shorter than them both...

(I'm actually 6'3")
