IMO Head +Hayes for Zaza Pachulia is a better trade.

Yeah I'd rather have Zaza. Gadzuric is always injured, and that's not the player we need.

Why don't we just keep the "good young players" and expiring contracts?
I've said it somewhere else, but it's worth repeating: Head, Hayes, and Francis are not bad third stringers.
There's no point in just dumping them, especially for an oft-injured stiff.
