Alternate jerseys...

Why don't the Rockets have one? Our current jersey would look pretty good in black or maybe even gold. According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_jersey, we are the only NBA team that does not have an alternate jersey.

And does anyone else think that the Rockets should wear the retros more often? They look sick!

i think not
Atlanta used to have the 3rd one: white(home), red(road), yellow(alternate)
they changed their jersey last season: white(home), navy blue(road)
i don't think they have alternate yet

Toronto changed their road color to red
so now they only have: white(home), red(road)
no more purple

just giving you two examples here
pretty sure Orlando, Memphis don't have it either
retro doesn't count
we have retro as well

A black alternate would be great.

I'm down for a silver alternate.

I don't think the NBA allowes more balck jerseys , if we do get an alternate I want it to be a totally different design , I hate the material they use on our jerseys and the cut of the jerseys is horrible.

Dude, the Rockets have the worst jerseys in the league. They need to pack all that junk and send them to the WNBA.

I actually like Minnessota's new jerseys , don't see what wrong with Toronto , and you are right about Washington , absloutely no excuse for that jersey.

I would be in favor of these.

I like our jerseys, I don't see whats wrong with them. Washington's gold ones are terrible and its no wonder they lose nearly every game they wear them.

Forget an alternate jersey !!! I think we should just go RETRO and wear the same jerseys we wore in the Glory Days !! That logo is sick!!

i like design of the Olympics one

maybe we should do it to where the name on the back blends in with the color since they should be playing for the name on the front not the one on the back.

Also another change that is necessary imo , it's to change the writing from Rockets to Houston on the road jerseys.

I love the championship year ones, we seriously should go back to those, although we can't. Maybe they should use those, but add something like pin stripes, those were the shizzz.

Naw, I dont like those retro ones. The current ones seem better to me, but all I want is for us to get alternates. Mostly every team has one, so why not us? Im not liking logo and I think we should change it. I have a strange feeling we are sticking with the log for a long time.
