* waits for people like iggy to come in and be like this was expected when clearly he was like we can lose landry, he isn't that big of a deal"

We flat out won this one. I was fearing a 3 year/15mil sheet. 3yr/9mil no brainer. This Dorsey hype will go away soon, I hope he proves me wrong, but he talks a lot of ****, and never has really backed it up. Nonetheless, he'll always be a ruthless rebounder/defender as that can translate to all levels of basketball.

Great Landry is back. Loaded bench with Landry, Shane, Barry, and hopefully Deke.

Great great negotiation process by Morey , we don't have a single overpaid player on the Rockets.

You can't say that with a straight face, so long as Chuck Hayes makes more than $9 an hour.

Otherwise...good news about Landry.

P.S. If you took the under on my 10 hour timeline, you lost by 2 hours. Better luck next time.

Sweet, Scola/Landry/Hayes/Dorsey switching off at PF and C, we have pretty good depth, I don't know if Hayes and Dorsey are really considered "good" depth, but Hayes has his hustle, and hopefully Dorsey contributes in some way.

landry and scola for 3yr/9mil contracts is wat we get after goin thru that big steaming pile of **** weve been going thru the past decade.

scola has all star potential and landry can be a combo forward. he needs a lotta work but hes a rookie on a team thats wants to win a title and not just this upcoming season. i can definently see landry as a 3/4 guy w/ all star or near all star

Artest/Battier
Mcgrady/Barry/Head

Like our team , I hope Barry can stay helthy too he is a serious upgrade over Luther.
We are weak at backup pg unless Brooks starts shooting 37% or more from 3.

morey is an elite front office staff member, hes the kind of gms that are usually found on dynasty teams. we might have the best 2010 offseason because of him. he got scola and landry for 9mil. morey=money . pple prolly called him that in high school.

Nope. I actually didn't care if we lost him. Like I said in another thread. Too many of you think too highly of an undersized guy who can only play one position and has knee problems. I am just happy we didn't overpay.

Chuck Hayes is one of the smartest defenders in the NBA. You have obviously never watched a Rockets game.

We still have kibbles & bits behind the great wall of glass that's better known as Yao ... when that gets addressed, then I'll give my sigh of relief.
