My brother was supposed to get his power back this Thursday and now apparently they say it will be another week...ouch.
I thought 6 days was bad...

This is ridiculous. When I lived in HOU, even though it seemed like there was ALWAYS a hurricane in the Gulf, we never lost power... especially for weeks at a time.

Damn, Moofs! Glad you're finally back on the grid. I still know too many people without power out there right now. I was lucky, getting it back after 7 days.

Glad to hear it Moofs. Man, I feel guilty because I've been in Austin and I haven't had a chance to see Houston ever since Ike hit. I hope it's doing well, and if any of you got hit by Ike I hope you're recovering alright.
