Dikembe Mutombo's elbows have done a lot of damage over the years. Left in his wake were 25 affected players, five broken noses, 20 stitches. The log:

Nice resume' Since that was only 2004; lets no forget the face mask he gave LeBron James, and then he got Tracy McGrady pretty bad to.

And knocked out Carl Landry's tooth that was re-knocked out in the playoffs. Ironic that he sponsored building a hospital. Even more ironic that he was a med student with intentions of healing people <edit, edit: Nevermind - (Contrary to some claims, Mutombo did not attend Georgetown as a pre-med. Mutombo was enrolled in the School of Languages and Linguistics, and was the only SLL graduate to have played varsity basketball.)>.

Those sharp elbows make Deke the sexiest man on the basketball court.

If Deke never made it to the NBA, he could've had a good career in the UFC.
