T-Mac will get to see what a true competitor looks like when he plays kobe.

Leave him alone man, he clearly isn't on the same level as him anymore. But he contributes to this team nicely with his playmaking, while being a vital part of our offensive scheme. He is there when the Rockets need him; and believe it or not his team impact is greater than anyone on this team in the past 4 years.

I wanted to see a Oden vs Yao matchup this season, but Bynum vs Yao is just as good. I think we will probably struggle tomorrow though. The Lakers are rolling so far this season and we are struggling. Yao will need to bring his A game tomorrow both offensively and defensively.

LOL at your Bynum pic.

Here's what will happen:

1. Yao's shots will be rejected by Gasol, Bynum, and of course, the rim.
2. Yao will be perished by the Lakers big men.
3. Tmac with 2 points, again.
4. Rafer Alson will shoot his usual percentage, 3/13 from the field.
5. Lakers win

And by the way, the Gasol brothers look uglier than Cassell.

The way I see it this could be a sort of a semi statement game for both teams. Who ever wins will be the flava of the week. Being off 6 of the last 7 days will have it's effects. Lakers started slow against the Clippers but finished strong. This is a good test for the Lakers, rebounding will be the key stat of this game. We'll see how it turns out.

I don;t think it;s even a semi statement game , maybe just a quarter statement game bevause it's so early in the season.
I think this will be a great game and I agree rebounding will be key , for us we also need to play good transition defense which is a problem so far for us , we gonna need to control the tempo and not jack up too many 3's.

McGrady will play well. He will bounce off a poor game and McGrady always steps up to the level of his competition.

This will be a tough game. It will not be about Kobe, but Gasol will punish this team ALA Marcus Alridge.

Good luck guys

I hope T-Mac is not sick anymore though , he was sick the last game I hape he had enough time to recover.

The main problem I see tonight is that Battier's still out. Recently Battier has been terrific guarding Kobe, so we'll see how well Artest fills the void. The Lakers are very tall and long, and our rebounding has been sub-par, so I'm hoping to see some extra hustle tonight. This is certainly a winnable game, but it'll be tough. This isn't the matchup that basketball fans have been circling on their calendars though. We have to wait for Shane to return, and we have to wait til this Rockets team can get its head on straight. Then it should be a great game. Best of luck to LA.

Good early test for both teams, picture of Bynum was out of line! (lol) all in good fun. It's very early so I'm sure both teams will be geared to step it up. The key is defense & rebounding, I'm very interested to see who we put on Artest (who should be on the Lakers) DANG IT!

yao traditionally owns the lakers front court which offsets kobe on the perimeter. but now that bynum is a bit more developed and has the jumping & lateral movement advantage (ie. yao cannot do either with his bum foot) i think the rockets will get smashed on.

lets hope artest comes out with a 30 point game tonight.

I think we see our team play the best they have all season.

I can easily see our big 3 all with over 20pts. and our bench plays well.

A win, i dont know. But this will be the best we played all season

Offensively we are capable of a burst as shown in Dallas.

The problem is the Lakers length and them using that length on the boards. I don't think we'll get the ball unless they score b/c our rebounding will be horrific tonight. And it doesn't matter how much you score..if you can't rebound their misses you are gonna get blown out.
