Question: You guys do realize both these guys are still playing on tender ankles and we haven't seen that anticipated defensive wing combo of yet. This combo more than makes up for a missing Tracy because we all know how offensively capable Artest can be once that ankle soreness is gone. Just a thought.

That's what I've been saying for weeks

It's awesome how Battman is shooting 50/50 with us in his 4 games back. I'm all atwitter.

When T-Mac comes back at 100% a lot of things will start to fall into place.
We bring Ron off the bench and he will get more touches in his strong areas , and the starting lineup of Alston , T-Mac , Battier , Scola , Yao has great chemistry.
I just hope T-Mac comes back at 100% .

2nd Unit of Brooks, Wafer/Head, Artest, Landry and Chuck Hayes look pretty good too. Only problem would be lack of size when Yao is not on the floor.

Yea but that' wont be much of a problem b/c that lineup will run a lot more than the starters. Running (old Phx suns) negates a lot of the size advantage the other team's second stringers may have. Artest can be effective like he was in Sac if he is playin with the 2nd team b/c he requires the rock in his hand. With Gimp-mac back, I hope we don't get away from feeding Yao the ball. Yao also needs a lot of touches but is better than Gimp-Mac getting a lot of touches b/c Yao can set up our shooters (battier, rafer) and G-mac cant. G-Mac when he hogs the ball puts up bad shots and hurts the offense, even though he does get one/2 good passes to hayes or landry some games.
