Deja Vu

Thinking about the game against Boston at the garden today ...

Last time the Rockets played at the Garden the team was sort of going through a similar rough patch. T-Mac was injured and not playing, we were out of the top 8 in the west (I think?) or close to it, people were looking at Adelman and muttering, and Yao was not playing particularly inspired ball.

I think the Boston game was where we turned a corner. Adelman gave the MIGHTY SCOLA more PT (especially in the 4th), at Hayes' expense. Yao started nervously, but hung tough and played his way into it (including that wicked dunk on KG). We lost, but it was a good, close game that came right down to the final few possessions against a team that was running riot on the rest of the league.

Anyway. Here's hoping we can pull out some of the good stuff for this game and, similarly, turn the corner. (gawd, we need healthy Battier back tho')

I've been thinking the same thing, but really don't see a turnaround on the horizon anymore.....

Without defense, and a horrible offense... What is there to turnaround? Unless JVG calls Aldeman things are not looking good.

I thought our loss to the Wizards at home would be our rock bottom turnaround game of the season (similiar to the Philly loss last year) but it's just gotten worse for this team...

FIRE ADELMAN, HIRE JVG!!!!!!!

Btw, did I call Artest not helping our offense and health as two big points we'd see this season or what? :)

NOW IF WE COULD JUST GET HIM AND BATTIER BACK FOR OUR DEFENSE TO START CLICKING...
: mumble. :

Dont dream anymore brothers and sisters. Until we get heathy enought anything can happen to this team from going to fight for the last playoff spot to joing Oklahoma City a the bottom of the West Conference but not turn around.

Sorry, its sad but actually its true.

And the Philadelphia game was supposed to be the Philadelphia game.
