Hehe, noticed this was on the General Board, was gonna post, but let you delete it

This is a big game, Nuggets are one of those teams ahead of us, don't have Melo, and most importantly at home, got to have these type of games.

I hope Brooks will get out of his slump.

If Battiercan contain JR Smith we should win , just let Billups do his thing and focus on the others.

i have the feeling were gonna use the momentum from the miami game into mondays. if we can contain billups and smith, and we need to own the glass. we should win this game then. if were gonna be w/out, then im glad theyre w/out carmelo. yao should dominate against nene and the birdman. go rockets!!!

Alston has to step up defensively, last time Billups killed us by himself.

defensively Alston is fine
just need him to not overdoing on the dribbling
he's not Steve Nash or Chris Paul
he can't pass the ball in traffic

Call me crazy because I know they've been better with bililups, but I fear them less now because AI is gone. Also helps that Carmellos injured. I think AI would always torch us whenever we played against him.

they got two athletic C and PF
Nene and K-Mart killed us on the offensive board
JR Smith always on fire in one of the quarter whenever he played us

AI is the more explosive player, but they're so much more balanced with Billups, much better spacing, smarter decision making, and an overall more efficient offense and defense. I think also besides Billups more fundamental play, Nene's inspired play has been awesome for them as well.

Denver is a way better team without A.I, the only advantage we have is carmelo being out because then we can focus more on billups. A.I. torches many teams but like you see in detroit it doesnt gurantee you wins

Yao has dominated the Nuggets this year avg 25pts and for me the X-factor for this game is AB hopefully he does not get in situations where he has to post up Chanucy Billups

Now that the Eagles are done in a manner one can only describe as cruel.....being down 18. Coming to terms at half time that your team would lose then to have them rally in exactly the fashion they had to (take a lead before the 4th) but then have it just ripped from you....

Oh you Rocket only fans just don't know the meaning of 'bad luck'.

Anyway now all I have is the Rockets. So lets hope we begin to be consistently good as we near the mid-way point.

Eagles game was ROUGH. I seriously left the room for a while when they were down 24-6, and when I come back, Desean catches the pass, and all of sudden the Eagles lead, wtf, tough loss, Eagles and Rockets fan

Though, I'm a 9ers and Rockets fan. . . .lol.

and nyk2423, I wouldn't bet on him playing, it seems the target date for him is around the 26th with McGrady, though he'd likely come back a game or two sooner.
