NBA.com preview wrote:The short-handed but surging Rockets go for their seventh win in eight games Friday night when they visit the Indiana Pacers.

Houston has been remarkably efficient offensively during that stretch. The Rockets rank near the bottom of the league in field-goal percentage at 44.5, but they've shot 49.0 percent over their last seven games.

Granger was held to 16 points and 6-for-20 shooting in the Pacers' first meeting with the Rockets on Nov. 26. However, he tipped in his own miss with 13 seconds remaining to cap Indiana's comeback from a 10-point, fourth-quarter deficit in the 91-90 win in Houston.

Julio, you need to make the game thread earlier, so we can talk some BS here before the game.

I think this is a dangerous game. Indiana has slain some giants this season, even though their record is poor. They are a good jumpshooting team and dangerous when they get hot. Granger is really on a tear, and I don't think Battier can contain him. Also, our recent roll has been helped in no small way by the role players, but today the Rockets are on the road and traditionally role players are more affected by the home/road difference than stars. Any win should be considered a good win today in my opinion.

busy? don't talk to me about busy
my boss just like to assign everything to me (S******, P********, S****, L* etc <-- some of the popular customer name, if you're smart you might figure out who they are)
this may increase my chance to get the extra $500 (before taxes) for this quarter but it's not worthed
i was thinking taking today and Monday off because of Chinese New Year
but i can't because of all those craps

Only point where I tend to disagree with you is about Shane not being able to contain him .
Stop him , no , the guy's way too hot right now , but I sure hope that Battier can limit him .
Anyways , rest is spot on , a win there would be a good feat , and would give us some confidence .

So what exactly does a DSP App Engineer do? (dunno who you work for but know perfectly well which customers you named even before you said what you did)

I'm glad I just write business apps, sounds mucho simpler. (also glad to be in c# instead of c)

Scola is missing everything, he's been horrible. We have to find a way to beat the front.

Looks like there is something wrong with Yao's right knee.... I didn't see anything happen to him when he was playing.

Edit: He stood at the scorer's table and will be back after the next timeout.
