BTW, the fact they're actually going to do G-E-I-C-O instead of H-O-R-S-E is pretty amazing. I can't wait until all newborn babies not only have a barcode tattooed to there forehead but they will all come with their own incorporated logo.

pretty sure the news is out for about 2 weeks
i think they announced it (or sort of hinted) before the All-Star reverses were announced

TNT tips off its programming schedule with NBA Tip-Off presented by AutoTrader.com live from Phoenix hosted by Johnson, along with Smith (analyst) and Webber (analyst) live from Phoenix on Thursday, February 12 at 7 p.m. (ET) followed by an exclusive TNT NBA Thursday doubleheader. The first game features All-Star starter Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat visiting the Windy City to battle Ben Gordon and the Chicago Bulls at 7:15 p.m. (ET). Dick Stockton (play-by-play), Mike Fratello (analyst) and David Aldridge (reporter) will be courtside. The second game will feature All-Star Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks hosting All-Star starter Kevin Garnett and the Boston Celtics at 10:30 p.m. (ET). e NBA has chosen Kevin Durant, O.J. Mayo and Joe Johnson to participate in the first-ever H-O-R-S-E contest during All-Star Weekend.

The contest will take place outdoors on Saturday in Phoenix before TNT televises the All-Star Saturday night festivities.

Players will have 24 seconds to execute their shots, and an NBA referee will rule if they're done properly.

when i was young i usually beat people by just shooting FT
