He's been my favorite player since 2000, so it's kind of sad seeing him go down like this, but he's enjoyed one hell of a career aside from playoff success. This season was tough for him, and I doubt we ever see that vintage T-Mac, I'm glad he's saying it's over since the Rockets are playing much better without an injured McGrady. I'm happy with all he's provided in the past 4 years (even though the playoffs game 7 loses weren't all on him, obviously he has a way of speaking to the media the wrong way). Though 2 scoring tittles, 7 all star apperances, 7 time all nba team (2 first , 3 second, 2 third), 22 game winning streak, most clutch play in NBA history, and 2 time top 5 in MVP voting, 4 time top 10 in MVP voting, 6th all-time playoff PER, 4th all time playoff PPG isn't bad at all for a player that hasn't even turned 30 yet. Good riddance, and I'm finally happy that all the drama is now officially over.
