this game will be a matchup nightmare for Yao
better play some zone defense in this one and hope Bosh and Bargnani both have an off night

That's pretty adorable TMU.
Anyways, let's hope we have a better outcome than the terrible 21-point loss against them earlier in the year. Von Wafer had 18 points off the bench that game though, I'm predicting he and his mo' dominate tonight and lead us to victory.

Maybe so, but 18 points in 12 minutes is better than the absolute lack of effort from another player who I won't name. Tonight it will be 40 points in 30 minutes on the way to victory. You can't stop the mo'.

It won't matter playing a zone since every player in TOR's starting line-up can shoot. Just play man with Yao on Bosh and help off the pick and pops. But Yao has to make them pay on the other end otherwise it might get ugly.

We Need to get these "easy wins" cuz
our march and april games are hard, so we need to make every game count
also for the fronting problem.. when yaos fronted cant some one give him a alley-oop pass (lol)
and he spins like garnett and throws it down. Remember the Rondo To Garnett Play?
Anyways,,
GO H TO DA TOWN ROCKETS

If we can limit offensive rebounds, we can win.

True and agreed, but the Basketball Gods don't share that point of view when it comes to our lovable bunch of 1st-round failures. I'll be sacrificing a wallaby tonight though to try and work some mojo for the game. Also, hopefully Iggy comes in and posts an over-the-top negative prediction. That way we really have a shot.

1. Bargnani will get lots of open looks. Yao won't go out to contest shots.
2. Surprise of the Century: Yao gets 10 shot attempts.
3. Front me.

I'd rather they have a great night and beat the hell out of Yao and we lose so Yao could learn something at least. rather than winning a foolish game. It's about time we do something about the fronting. Basically every team in the league knows this, when they front, Yao is useless. So instead of getting killed in the playoffs, why not now. so kill Yao, kill Yao, kill Yao until he revives.

You know i have an idea how we always lost to bad teams. Tell me how you think.
When we play good teams, we play good players (basically). Good players are usually good scorers. A good player tries to balance his game between offense and defense, splitting his effort into two, and thus may not dedicate himself fully on locking down Yao Ming.
A not-so-good player/a role player doesnt have so much ego on the court, so his task could be "lock down Yao MIng" and that would be all. when you play a fully dedicated man whole night whose mind is set to harass you, he probably will make it. not to mention two guys/three guys in rotation. When Yao chokes, our offense sucks.
base line: our system relies badly on Yao Ming.
