That should be the picture for Marc Gasol, since they traded Pau for him, which is basically like handing a trophy to Kobe :(

Nice thread. Another one of those games we need to get since the back end of the back 2 back involves another long trip to play another playoff team....this time its Denver.

So we need to come out business like and jump on this team early. They usually play us tough...a lot of that had to do with Lowry's play though. Still they are more athletic...they can run multiple big guys at Yao. We can't afford to drop a game like this at home right now.

hahaha awesome pictures for Memphis. However, if I remember correctly, Memphis seems to be a team the Rockets always struggle against.

We are really bad against Philly. They are really the only bad team that seems to have our number.

Memphis has played us well this year, but that's mostly because Tracy had some of his worst/laziest games against them, and Gasol shuts Yao down.

I would be astonished if we lost tonight, though.

Nice Pictures for the thread.

they beat us twice, so we should be hungry for this win.

GO Htown Rockets!

also if were lucky, (IF) we blow our the grizzlies then maybe we can see James White play.

hey guys, I know this had been talked about it recently.

it is rumored that Chicago can only offer 8m/yr for Ben Gordon this coming post-season. Does Ben Gordon actually interest u all? Artest's contract is going to expire and we may or may not be able to resign him. We can use that cap-space left behind to sign Gordon?

Regarding the game, the Rockets better win.

1. We are at home.
2. We are without T-mac. (Grizz benefited from Tmac's lackadaisical plays this season)
3. Our players seem more confident now.

Von Wafer is going to go 7-9 from 3 again tonight.

Wait.

Did I say 7-9? I meant 70-90.

A game we cannot afford to drop. The playoff race is in full swing. Let's make it so we don't get knocked out of the first round by Utah.

Landry will go 30 - 30 from the field, and Dunk on Gasol from halfcourt!!!!!

on a more serious note, it has been discovered that George Wya Bush has an IQ to surpass Einstein, and Yao Mings comments on recent reffing problems have been rectified by Oberfuhrer Stern. apparently Yao is being shafted, and Ref's are now going to call people for hanging off him, and pushing him around in the post.

It was also discovered that Marv Albert is from another planet, and that Britney Spears is actually a male!

Conley+Mayo+Gay+Warrick are too athletic for our team to keep up with

we are already over the cap regardless of Artest contract situation
T-Mac + Yao = 39.5M
that's 75% of the team cap
you throw in Scola+Landry+Brooks+Lowry+Barry = 12+M
