Ginobli Out for Season and Playoffs!
It helps during the season, but hurts in the playoffs as it's one less team for Utah to worry about.

though i dont wish for injuries upon anyone, im kind of glad this happened. know we have a good chance of keeping homecourt.
i doubt it though, SA usually does good without there players.

Get past SA and win the Southwest Division. That's all the injury does - defines what we have to do.

I feel bad for Ginobli, but injuries happen, and if we can take advantage of this we need to

I am sorry...Utah cannot beat SA even without Manu. You really think they are gonna get a win in San Antonio? Come on dude...what are you watching. The Spurs can probably beat most West teams still...they just are absolutely no match for LA now which in turn means the Lakers will cruise to the Finals.

So the rockets are the only team to have a slight chance beating them in the play offs now

I basically read this as "we now have a better chance to get to the WCF to get totally decimated by the Lakers."

Rather get to the finals and lose 4-1 than get out again in the first round.

I still don't like that we see everything through Utah tunnel vision. We're so worried about what Utah is doing and who they are facing that we come off as a bit scared. And maybe we should be. It's just Utah isn't writing about us and worried...nor are the Lakers...or the Spurs. Every other team saw Manu was out and thought "hey tough for them...good for us". But a rockets fan thought, "damn...thats good for Utah". Man I f%cking hate Utah.

Wasn't Spurs played without Ginobli most of the game this season? Don't count them out as we are still behind them (in standing)...
