I know that the article dosent have anything to do with economy ,but isnt it becuase teams losing money ,therfore saving money and cutting expenses, and as a result less money for the players?

Have no idea how Stern defines a "skosh",but at trade deadline the League sent out a memo saying Lux Tax was prob going to drop to @ $69mil.
