Max and TMu are ballin on the wins. Love it.

What do we expect from the Rockets? To be honest, it doesnt matter because we have blown away all expectations. While missing our best players.

We are down 2-1 to the Lakers, Yao Ming is ruled out of the series hours before Game 4. Everyone, including realistic Rockets fans think we lose in 5.

We got to Game 7, what a fine effort.

Ron bought his A-game in the clincher (Game 6) against Portland, and he has shown signs of his ability as a primary offensive weapon. If he posts up, gets to the basket, he will create space for himself, and that can only be a good thing. Thing is, we've had production from almost everyone this series. Brooks has shot the ball well, Scola's toiled, Battier's worked hard, Landry's getting back into form, Hayes playing above himself etc.

This Lakers team is over-rated, let's go out there and give them all we got.

we need Ron step up in game 7, at least two of our guys need to step up to have enough O to win the game.

maybe give Waffer a little bit more mins, he's a D-side liability, but he's super when we in the run.

Agree........they really have nothing to prove at this point.

All 3 victories the Rockets have is the result of of defense.
Lakers points are kept in the 80s.

Focus on the d, you'll be fine.

iggy said it best in the Game 6 thread. When 2 teams go to a Game 7 in the series, it means the 2 teams are about the same level. Yes the rockets, without Tmac, Deke, and Yao (for 3 games), at the same level as the Lakers and have a chance to show they are better if they beat Laker in Game 7!

Again, the winner of 1st quarter go to win the game. Rockets need to come out hot and win that 1st quarter in Game 7.

MoRon really needs to step it up this next game. I'll be happy with not getting blown out, and shocked if we win, but in order to do either, he needs to quit chucking.

I still remember the hard foul by Brooks on Kobe. Brooks being the smallest player on the court to foul Lakers' star player charging for a layup. That's the demonstration of his will to win. NO EASY LAYUP! Hope Brooks can keep this mean streak in him, the rockets will need that if they want to advance further.

Beat LA!

Hopefully Joey Crawford isn't officiating. LA is 10-1 with him and 10-10 without him in their last 31 playoff games.

Return to Houston Rockets
