Fellows, I wanted the rockets to win as much as any of you, but I can not help thinking of all possible obstacles that are to be laid out in our way. for one, I am pretty sure Chuckwagon will be confronted with foul trouble early in the game. There will certainly be other factors that will help the lakers get their way but Chuck's fouls will be the indicator of them all.
so here it's what I predict:
7 min into the 1st quarter, Chuck is to pick up 2 fouls.
3 min into the 3rd, Chuck for 4 fouls.

I think Chuck Hayes knows the importance of him being on the floor and I am sure over the next two days Adelman is going to tell him that. I see Chuck hayes going in two halftime with two fouls and probably picking up two in the 3rd and getting 1 in the 4th and finishing with 5.

that'll be awesome apparently you didnt consider possible ref intervention. i agree that he finish with 5 so it doesnt look too bad, but early fouls in the beginning will be very frustrating, which will compromise the toughness of our defense.

Now you're just being ridiculous. No chance in hell it takes him that many minutes to accumulate such stats.
I think he does it in under 2 myself.

Yeah, with Joey, I'd expect Hayes to foul it in the first quarter.

never underestimate the heart of a ref

I didnt get to watch the game, but the stats said chuck with 2 fouls. Our offense doesnt appear to be anything decent. I guess we couldnt blame the refs too much for this game, could we?

Refs had absolutely nothing to do with this game.

Yeah, we just lost this one. Played reasonable defense, but offense sucked again.
I was still nervous about Crawford waiting in the wings had we happened to make a run. Curious how that would have played out.
Oh well...
