Definitely agree. I was so impressed with the way the Rockets kept fighting in every game no matter how tough the situation got. I would have liked to have seen the series play out with Yao all the way - hopefully we'll get the chance to see that next season. Congrats to all you Rocket fans - should really be proud of your team.

The Rockets are a talented and powerful team, that put my Blazers in their place. But, I really hope none of you plan on rooting for the Lakers like the OP suggested.

GO Nuggets!

What the OP said. I already congratulated you guys on a great series before the game even started...but I'll do it again. Congrats.

Bulls fan here.

I was rooting for you guys. Excellent display of toughness throughout the playoffs. One game away from the WCF without Yao is special. Kudos for the hard work and congratulations on a good season.

You have to give this Rockets team lots of credit for fighting.

Tmac predicted the Lakers winning this series. He probably meant
for a clean sweep. It took 7 games to put the Rockets away.

Rockets certainly shocked lots of people. Win or lose, Rockets
is gaining respect from the league.

Will be a rejuvenated Laker fan going into the rest of the playoffs. It's funny how much being a basketball fan has aged me since 2002 all because of my goddamn Lakers.. If they don't win it this year again I will consider getting help and not take basketball too personally. Go Lakers!!

Our slogan next year should be something about "tough" because this team showed to be one of the toughest teams in a long time.
Thanks for another good year, especially for getting out of the first round.

Yeah, how about "Hanging Tough," by the backstreet boys, that could be your theme song ;).

Props to the Rocket players for fighting till the last minute. Before the series started, I thought we were going to steamroll the Rockets to the WCF, and boy did the Rockets prove me wrong. I hope Ariza learns from Battier in this series, textbook defense. Good to see the Lakers fans in staples applauding the Rockets in the end for their great effort in this series

Yea, while watching the Rockets eaten alive by 7-footers in the post like Gasol and Bynum?

I can wish you guys good luck though.

Shane Battier is an outstanding competitor and leader. I hope the entire team is healthy next season.

Very nice series and was unexpected.

Odom for Battier.
