Don't know if it really deserves it's own thread, but it's some sort of news in a relatively dull past week on the boards.

While on the subject of McGrady, he has taken his first on-court steps in his rehab. It is, be design, not much, just some light cuts, set shots and free throws. Reports are pretty optimistic, with McGrady's leg strength particularly encouraging.

only way houston contends is if tmac plays 70+ games. if he's playing after jan its gonna be rebuilding. good news but hope to see better news sooner than later. we need tmac like a mofo right now.
