Man, someone needs to tell Yao to calm down.
I respect his work ethic and attitute, but is it too early to even start any sort of trainning?

he wants to increaes his chances of getting seriously injured again so he wont have to deal w/ the next decade of the nba

Yao is so going to be in 100% shape by April. Can feel it coming together.

The operative word is 'light' here. I'm surprised myself since it's quite early, but I don't think it'll impact or affect his health.
