Joe Alexander to become a free agent?

He could be a good fit here. I know at West Virgina he was a scoring machine and he has good size. Alexander finished his junior season leading the team with 16.9 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game. Alexander was second on the team with 1.5 blocks per game and third with 2.4 assists per game and 31.6 minutes played per game. He finished the NCAA Tournament by averaging 18 points and 9.6 rebounds per game.

Nah, he sucks. He isn't better than any current backup/3rd string SF-PF on the Rockets roster.

They'd be idiots not to pick up his option.

Plus GMs are loathe to so publicly admit a mistake.

Either way if they cut him we should make a run at him.

we should first try to find another option for sg, if worst comes to worst. then if there happens to be 450k hanging around, we'll throw it at alexandra and see if he'll agree to that

I wonder if Alexander's poor rookie season helped cause Budinger's draft stock to drop.

He and Yao could speak plays in Chinese to each other on the court
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming
