Lowry or Brooks

I watched the game vs. the Raptors and saw that Kyle got the start for you guys. Is Adelman just experimenting with different lineups, or does he plan to make Lowry the starting PG for your team?
Also, who do you prefer as the starter?

Brooks ofcourse. Lowry started because of preseason, and he'll be sub once the season starts.

I'll repeat some concepts of other thread here....
don't you think that Brooks, IGNOREING WIDE OPEN TEAMMATES OVER AND OVER is poor man's Marbury ?
Do you realize the marbury kind of player, blossom usually in crappy teams like the Knicks?
Do you realize that winning teams tend to have players that, whether they're talented or not....they have team awareness and at least decent Basketball IQ?....arent these things I see Brooks lacking severely....?
Shouldn't the running PG have at least average team awareness and baskebtall IQ? Shouldn-t that give Lowry the PG role and at best send Brooks to play SG?

Both are great, and have very different skill sets. Brooks will start.

Brooks is undersized and that would be the only thing that would keep him from starting. Other than that, he brings plenty to the table in terms of a "PG's" skill-set. You could say the same about lowry passing "too much" and letting his man back off to double our other players on offense. But that's not his niche, which is size and vision.
And Dart-man, I don't think anyone on our team can be compared to Marbury, not even T-mac or Ron, Stephon is the definition of a black hole.

lowry had 7 asts vs a team that plays little defense, and it was a preseason game

when it comes to pg skills: seeing the open man, finding the right passes, setting up team mates and running the offense, lowry is much better than brooks. lowry is also the better defender. i think it depends on matchups who will see more minutes. lowry is very strong and although he's not tall, he's got a big wingspan and broad shoulders, unlike the smallish and featherweight brooks.
then again, as soon as it's clear that this actually is a lost season, houston probably will give brooks free reigns.
i remember seeing lowry as a rookie/soph and being very impressed with him

Not any time soon, but quickness fades. Hope he develops some extra skills that lets him create a shot for himself or other players without needing to use quickness.
