T-Mac to SAC?

Post#1 » by fabio » Tue Jan 5, 2010 5:06 am

I'm not saying it will happen. I can't get into details since my nickname is my real life name (although I doubt they'll read RealGM, you never know). But... according to the family of some SAC player, this SAC player was contacted regarding a trade to Houston. According to the same sources, if this trade happens this player would love it. No idea which other players (if any) would be in the trade, but... well, do the maths (personally, I think this player's position is well covered in Houston, so really don't know what to say)

why the flock would morey trade for an injury proner? hasnt this **** team had enough of **** injuries? igodala should be the primary target, and cook/tmac should be in each and every single offer. i dont want kmarts injuries or butlers injuries, i want iguodala's dunk on tarrence williams, or maybe joe johnson tho id im not a big fan of him trading to this team, but id rather have jj than butler/kmart. should be trying to get a healthy ass mofo. if i see butler or martin on this team all hell gon break loose , and it aint a god daam thang u can do bout it

ANDRE IGUODALA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

I'm not stating who would you like/dislike/hate/whatever. I'm not even sure how would this work. Furthermore, I said this player's position is covered in Houston and even tho I like this player and I know him since he was 16 yo, I don't think it's a good fit for Houston. IMHO. I'm just saying what I was told from a reliable source. That doesn't even means Morey is interested, just commenting this fact (the player that was contacted) which, as we are at it, is way more than the (pipe) dream trades popping in this board. Just my 2 cents FWIW

Your real name is Fabio so I'm guessing you are Argentinian and the player you've known since 16 is Andres Nocioni. I like him as a player but I don't like his 3 year contract. He and Luis were teammates at Tau Ceramica and on the Argentian NT so there is hsitory there.

I would do this trade:

T-Mac and Dorsey to Kings for Kenny Thomas (exp), Andres Nocioni and Spencer Hawes.

F: battier, nocioni
F: scola, landry, thomas, cook
C: hawes, hayes, andersen, yao
G: brooks, lowry
G: ariza, budinger, taylor

Hawes would allow yao to come back slower than needed next season
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Switch Hawes to Martin and you have a deal.
