Players on the injured list are often seen sitting on court side, as they cheer for their team. I have yet to see Yao at the court side cheering for the Rockets. He is now in Shanghai cheering for his former team Shanghai Sharks.

Do teams allow players to do that?

1) Yes, Yao gets special treatment because he, more than the Houston Rockets, is worth more to Les Alexander's bottom line.

2) Yao has been on the sideline for several games this year.

3) Yao OWNS the Shanghai Sharks. Why do you have a problem with him looking in on his investment?

I think you're trying to create problems that do not exist.

Did you see every injured players cheering their teammates in NBA? Why is Yao being singled out?

I'm fairly certain that dunleavyjr is not David Stern.

Yo hayden, nice quote from batronuj.
I'ma go giggle quietly to myself now. Topic of thought: Utah.

(I'll probably end up thinking about Dallas by accident and kick a baby on the street, too)

Moofs, you grouchy old man, you don't need a reason to kick babies in the street, and we all know it.

On topic: I haven't seen Yao at any games either. Of course, that's because I live in Iowa and none of the games are on national tv... so I haven't seen Scolandry, Ariza, Lowrooks, or Chuck the Truck at any of the games, for that matter. ;)

Everyone needs a reason to kick babies! You must have them confused with politicians.
