i was gonna make the game thread,b ut o well, i hope tmac goes off and rockets go cold as ice . more losses = better draft pick . dunno if i'll watch it tho, too early , havetn been watching games anyway so w/e, cant wait till the draft and offseason

Tracy loves the "Moment" all those terrible games he has had since his debut at MSG wont mean anything.. he will try to stick it to us and I think this will be his best game in a month.. (that isn't saying much though)

Love Hill but I don't think he has that attitude that screams "I'll show you!" I don't see him having a great game.. 4pts 4rebs ( 3 offensive ) I hope he proves me wrong though.

let's see if Battier and Ariza can make Tmac's "Moment" a nightmarish one.

I'm more concerned about the D on David Lee.

Man, the picture of dancers in "nurse" uniforms looks cool.

Maybe that's the real reason for our "injury curse"... (worthwhile to be injured i guess.)

Key matchups:

Brooks vs. Douglas: Brooks has been incredible throughout the season but Douglas has played very good in the past games since becoming a starter (averaged 18points/7assists). Brooks is usually the type of PG that would destroy us for 30 points but Douglas is our best perimeter defender so it'll be interesting to see if he cvan bother Brooks.

Gallo vs. Ariza or Battier: When Gallo plays bad we usually lose---Battier/Ariza is terrific on defense and I expect them to bother Gallo a lot. Will be interesting to see how Gallo handles 48 minutes against two of the best perimeter defenders in the league.

Scola vs. Lee: We expect Lee back for today's game---I personally think both guys are gonna have huge games---20+ points/10+ rebounds. I don't think either is gonna defend the other particularly well....

Kevin Martin can always decide a game if he is shooting well....

SG-McGrady
SF-Gallinari
PF-Harrington
C-Lee

with Walker,Giddens,Rodriguez,Duhon off the bench

I don't know how tough a rebounding team the Rockets are but if you hit the boards hard against the Knicks and take it to the basket strong you are guaranteed 15-20 offensive rebounds and 50-60 points in the paint---that's the way to beat the Knicks.
