All I can say is wow. I am a bit late on this but I'm definitely a fan and can't wait to see the Lions with Stafford at the helm again.

Stafford has really been hurt by injuries. He started off the season badly but was progressing until he got injured in the Bears game. He came back, did badly, was improving, and then got injured in the Browns game. He tried to play with the injury but you could tell he was really hurting. Getting him back healthy is the most important thing right now.

Matty is tough. He's got a cannon of an arm. He has improving field vision. He's learning new plays every week. He's gaining chemistry every week. He's learning from mistakes. He cares about winning. Him starting from day 1 was, without a doubt, the best move for him and the team overall. The injuries suck, but he'll be a better QB next season and seasons moving forward because of these games.

Lions still have alot of holes, but at least we've got a real QB to build around.
