I dont like Antonio Bryant, so i will pass. Stallworth i am iffy on, but he cant be any worse than Bryant Johnson or Dennis Northcutt so i am open to seeing what he could bring to the table. He was quite fast back in the day...we could use that

I actually like Bryant Johnson and think he can be a useful player. This was his worst statistical season in 7 seasons he's played, and it probably has something to do with our QB problems this year. BJ is one of the few guys on the team that I wouldn't be desperate to replace.

Well according to inside sources, Stallworth worked out yesterday for the Lions. No word about how it went.

No contract yet pretty much means that he won't be a Lion.

According to PTI the other day, the Lions are one of the teams that have inquired about Reggie Bush. Hmmmm........

I doubt it'll happen. That's been one of those rumors on ESPN INsider a lot lately but I'm not buying into it. They are going to ask for way too much and we are not in the position to overpay for a player with all the needs that we have.

I would like to give Holt a shot. Look what he did to MSW. Hopefully he can turn Derrick Williams to that.

ESPN insider has a story about the Lions possibly getting Willis McGahee. I would love getting McGahee here in the honolulu blue.

It'll cost to much. They want a 2nd or 3rd rounder for him. If we are going to pay that high on an RB, I'd rather trade for Marshawn Lynch.

Where the hell have I been? The Lions signed DeDe Dorsey? Wasn't he on the Bengals a few years ago? What the hell happened to him?

He never got the chance to play. I remember him blocking a punt and picking it up for a TD when he was a Bengal.

The the ESPN NFL writers more rumor-spreaders than reporters this time of the year?

Not more so than normal. Everything is speculation at this point until the combine and then the start of free agency and then the draft.

Anyone have an updated list of free agents? With the new no-cap rules, an updated list (accurately showing who's a RFA and who's still an UFA) would be helpful.

so LT and Westbrook have been released. any interest in either?

For me, LT looks done. I would consider him on a very incentive based, low paying contract. Westbrook does not look too bad though. The injuries are obviously an issue, but we only need a rental anywho. If we strike out in the draft and Mcgahee costs too much, a 1 year deal for Brian?
