The Tampa 2 would of been godly for us. We had the right DB and LB personnel for it. It was our D-Line that fuucked everything up. Rod had a good system. He just didn't have the D-Line to make it work. In order for the Tampa 2 to be effective, you have to put loads of pressure on the QB and in return, you'll have interceptions and turnovers all day. Rod had an AMAZING d-line in tampa led by Warren Sapp.

It was sad to see him and the system go like that due to the lack of getting quality linemen. We had ALL the tools in the coaching staff. Great defensive minded head coach and the BEST when it comes to offense in our Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz. It's just not fair!! If we had an O-Line that could block and a QB better than Jon Kitna and a D-Line that can out perform most others, we woulda been a playoff team easily.

Goddammed management :(
