We don't need another CJ. Far from it. We do, however, need to build up the defense.

The reason you need another Cj is so they don't double team him.the coach is putting the tight end Scheffler at wide reciever because we weak at that position . Cj is doubled every play because they do not fear our other WR.

They don't need a Calvin Johnson, they need a no.2 WR or no.3. Mike Wallace and Malcolm Floyd were both later picks.

He hasn't been waived yet. Childress said it in a team meeting but it isn't official, and rumor is Childress could get fired over the whole deal if the owner or other players are upset about this. It's a no brainer for the Lions to pick him up, only 3.5M to try him for a year to try and give us an ultimate offense, it's the one major shakeup that could help us build a streak of wins to still compete this year, and then maybe he'll want to extend with us and win a SB with us next year?

What the Vikings lose can be a lion gain ,if they pick him off waivers also they can even trade him later if they want ,it's a win win deceision.

Last thing the Lions need. A guy who should be a no.2, who thinks hes a no.1, with the work ethic of a no.5

I wouldn't mind trying him out, but it has to be with the knowledge that it probably won't end pretty. Moss back in Minnesota was Iverson in Detroit. Moss in Detroit would probably be Iverson in Memphis. He's a frontrunner and won't be mentally in the game unless 1)The Lions are come back and compete for the playoffs, AND 2)He is featured in the offense.

Would Moss being a No. 2 with Calvin Johnson be a nasty threat? Absolutely. Either one with single coverage would be lethal. But as always with Moss, you just can't assume he'll play up to his potential.

coach Jeff Fisher as saying "I've had every player in the building come to my backdoor and say, 'Go get him. Go get him.' "

Safety Michael Griffin and running back Chris Johnson posted on Twitter that the Titans should "get Randy Moss," but Fisher said their feelings wouldn't factor into the decision

Meanwhile, leauge sources told La Canfora that the Tennessee Titans, St. Louis Rams, Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins are among teams considering a waiver claim on Moss

Yeah no kidding. Jerry Jones should fine himself and offer free tickets for the rest of the season. Anybody that shows up to a game should be able to get a 50 dollar bill in exchange for their stub.

Suprsing that Dallas ripped the Giants yesterday. The players must have been holding back on Wade. Garrett's not the better coach.

I found it quite interesting that their offensive gameplan was much better yesterday than it has been all season long....

Maybe Garret was tanking knowing he could land a top draft pick and get the coach fired all at once, then have a strong team with an unusually high pick to cement an easy productive career and then walk away with all the glory and praise without having to really do anything? lol Jason Garrett, greatest coach of all time, he sure know how to build a team by having a playoff caliber team and then snagging a super high draft pick, look at his amazing win-loss record!

Well I was thinking more along the lines of him holding back the offense to get Wade fired while knowing he was the team's heir-appearant.

Not so much draft-pick wise....

I bet they win more games before now and the end of the season so he keeps the HC job, thus killing your high draft pick theory.

Well he HAS to win the games to keep the job perhaps. And if they did what they were expected to then they would have made the playoffs, so they dont' have to be in the top 3 to have a high draft pick for them. They have a lot of room to pickup some wins yet still have a great pick and just enough wins for Garrett to keep his job but not enough wins to fall out of the top 10. It could be the perfect balance for Jason to keep his job, earn credibility, market his team to FAs by showing some improvement and also picking in the back of the top 10.

Top 100 Worst NFL Players Ever List

http://www.freep.com/article/20101118/S ... t-100-list

http://deadspin.com/5690560/the-bottom- ... e=true&s=i

When someone puts you on a list titled “The Worst Players in NFL History,” it’s only fair to give the person a chance to respond.

So, C.C. Brown, what do you think about checking in at No. 90 on Jeff Pearlman’s ranking on deadspin.com of the bottom 100 players ever?

“I mean, I really don’t give a (bleep) about it,” Brown said. “It is what it is, man. (Bleep) that list. Whoever said it, you can tell them I said (bleep) their list and (bleep) them, too.”

TOTALLY surprised that neither Johnson nor Finnegan will be suspended by the league. Kind of sends a mixed signal to everyone else that maybe fighting is allowed all of a sudden?
