Any scouting reports on this guy Icness, does he have a shot at being drafted?

Just saw an article talking about Blaine Sumner and his 52 bench press reps. His high school tape is fun to watch, it's basically him jacking up a few guys and throwing them around like a rag doll as an MLB, but here is a college reel playing DT for Colorado School of Mines...

Well if you have specific information to confirm that, then please forward it on. Otherwise I'd rather ask the man myself, and if he says he's clean, then I would like to give him the test just to make sure. Maybe he can play on my team, maybe he can't, but I'm not going to disqualify him the opportunity to be part of my team on account of prejudging him and exposing myself to the risk of possibly being wrong. That's a violation of my personal creed.
