Honestly I think this season could be the start of something pretty good...like a team that can win a playoff game in 2010 or 2011. Definitely more competitive than any team since the Millen era started, though it might not translate into a lot of wins.

Very good read and I agreed with most of it. Lions aren't suddenly a top team, but they are improved, especially with the type of players Mayhew has brought in. Good characters guys who want to win and want to grow. Hopefully this year is the start of a new era for the Lions. A winning era.

The season could really go multiple directions and i dont know what will happen.

Season Questions:

Who is the QB?
Does the line mesh?
Does the D actually stop somebody?
Is Schwartz not a complete moron unlike past coaches?
