Breathern of our fair city of Detroit. Football season is near and the Lions will rise out of their dens eat the precious meats of the bears, panthers, falcons and other inferior animals. Our leader Matthew "Goober" Stafford will lead us to the promise land! (or at least one win). Calvin "Young money Megatron *Michael Bay like explosions all over the place*Johnson will have 1000 yds and 10 td grabs...after that, yeah we got Josh Hansen to knock em in from 50. Lions fans stand up with me and grab ye torches and pitchforks...WE'RE GOING STREAKING WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. THEN WE'RE GOING TO IOWA, NEW HAMSHIRE, CHICAGO, AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS BIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
PLAYOFFS START NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Is Josh Hansen, Jason Hansen's brother? I love the optimism, but I think 4-5 wins is all we can hope for at this point, besides not being totally embarassed by our team on the field.

While as a fan I really hope we do, I'd be VERY surprised if the Lions made the playoffs.

A win is nice, but 1-2 is a far way off from the playoffs. Let's just hope for a good game next weekend.
