Well I do now that you make that kind of reply, but I didn't know what you meant in your first post.

You just said "travelin on Sunday", you didn't include us with you so it sounded like a personal statement, plus I don't see why the team would travel on Sunday. I thought maybe you had family in WA that you were visiting in advance of Thanksgiving.

As far as the game, I would expect the Seahawks to win. They have Matt Hasselbeck and we don't. You just don't win at football unless you can win at the QB position, or if you are highly sound in many other places which we aren't, heck we don't even have 1 good CB on this team as of yet!

And I don't expect Stafford to be winning for us any time in the immediate future. Hopefully he can work out all the kinks in advance of next year, but for now I'm betting on the same team I do every week, the team that has good play from the QB, and Hasselbeck is a proven & competent QB.

This one figures to be ugly quickly. Only chance is to get success early against Seattle's subpar OL and force some turnovers. But I have a feeling Nate Burleson is going to toast the Lions, and the Seattle crowd is enthusiastic and loud even when their team isn't any good. Last weekend at Ford Field you could hear the coaches yelling the adjustments, it was so freaking quiet.

Hasselbeck, Burleson, and Housh are going to have a field day.

Yeah this one just sets up badly. Quest field is very loud and difficult; though i will say im glad Matt gets the experience of playing there when the games dont matter so much, its good experience.

They have 3 good receivers though as previously mentioned, and because we dont have one good CB, we are going to get torched through the air. Their D isnt too bad either.

I dont expect a massive blowout, but something like 34-17 is prolly likely

We are expected to have Calvin Johnson and Kevin Smith back for this game. I just want a good effort and no injuries.

D has forced 2 TO's...cant complain.

Though we need to take back some momentum. Stafford looking pretty good today

^ You mean a rookie QB may or may not dictate how well your team does? Stunning.

Pettigrew was real good. Very nice to see that

The lack of experiened talent was highly evident.

I thought Calvin Johnson looked real rusty. At least one of the picks was on him for just not being himself and getting to the spot as fast as Stafford expected.

I was actually kind of impressed with the overall play other than the turnovers. OL played pretty well, DL held its own, LBs looked real active, Pettigrew had his best game. There just isn't enough talent for this team to win without getting help from the other team.

Douis Delmas and our line backer core looked really really solid.

This is how I hope to see the offseason.

Draft Suh, Keep Avril, draft or sign 2 more DLinemen off FA.

If we can't get Suh, draft Eric Berry. If we can't get Berry, sign 2 CB's off FA or draft and one more Safety.

resign Larry Foote and keep our 3 Backers. Let Peterson and Foote retire in Detroit.

At least two of the INTs were because of Calvin running the wrong routes. Now Stafford shares alot of blame and he threw a couple INTs that were just unexcusable, but it wasn't all on him. I don't know if some of that is from time off, rust, etc or what, but it needs to be addressed and I have no problme with Matt going over to Calvin during the game to talk things out.

I thought our defense played well. Delmas continues to impress me. He had a couple rookie mistakes, but he just went right back and made plays. He's going to be real good for this team.

I thought the team played timid after Seattle started to roll. I don't know if it was the playcalling or what, but they just didn't seem the same after the 1st quarter. And I'm not just talking about on offense.

I hope none of the injuries were serious.
