I guess i in no way expect a win. But there are some things that can happen individually that would be just as good

Namely, Stafford to not turn the ball over (much?) and to develop more rapport with Pettigrew and CJ, the O-line to not get ripped to shreds, Delmas to continue his fine play and no more injuries.

Those things occur, hell if any of those things occur, im pretty pleased

I'm expecting a loss. But like every game, I want to see good effort and please no injuries.

It was close the whole game, we just couldn't get over the hump. It seemed like every play one of our players went down with an injury.

Stafford had some nice throws to Calvin, which brightens our future just a little. Some guys just couldn't catch today. Stafford was throwing into their numbers and they were dropping it. Even the announcers were talking about the difference in the game being Favre having options to throw to and Stafford not having guys available.

They also had a graphic up which I hope some people on this board would see. It showed the number of times Stafford drops back to throw and the number of sacks, hits and hurries he accumulates. It's well over 50%. He just doesn't get the coverage to make sound choices.

He did a nice job in the pocket today. Prevented a couple sacks even though it still cost us a down or two. He also had no interceptions today against a very strong defensive line of Minnesota's with Jared Allen in his grill damn near every play.

It's frustrating because this team is now able to hang with teams but not beat them. We need alot of upgrades on the team, but we have hungry guys making plays.

DeAndre Levy played well in Ernie Sims place. Will James had a couple nice plays. Phillip Buchanon stopped an Adrian Peterson touchdown and Lions gained possession. We just couldn't seem to convert.

It was a loss, but one of those losses you could really learn from. It really wasn't bad. I would have liked a win. it was close until the end.
