Yeah, that game sucked and I’m irrationally upset. Might need a little time out; some fresh air and some of that Northern California Sensemilia.

That’s why we call ourselves fans I guess. :dontknow:

I'm way more mad at MLF for playing key guys and risking injury. We likely have lost Watson for most of next season and could have easily lost Love for the playoffs. There was just very little incentive to play the key guys and my worst case scenario nearly came true. I don't care about the loss but it was stupid to play key guys.

That said, for those who want MLF fired, yall are dumb

Who are the studs on this team? X, Jacobs, maybe Elgton, and Love on a good day? Cooper will be there. We are fortunate to be in the situation we are in. Need another game changer. Kind of wish we tried harder to get Love weapons at receiver, the drops are maddening (most in the league). We are young as **** though and that can't be reiterated enough, it sounds dumb to say this after such a bad loss but my mentality with the NFL is if you're in the playoffs then you have a punchers chance, this is not Herb Kohl Bucks. I don't think the talent is great on this team and yet we still have that punchers chance. Last year was all I needed to see, we had a real chance to get to the SB which would've been the best coaching job I've seen in my lifetime for one of my teams. Still up there.

Will ride with MLF till the wheels fall off, but they haven't and I think they just got greased after another successful RS

I only watched highlights.

What was the TO brain fart MLF did at the end of the game?

How bad is Love's injury?

I dont have much to add, but clownshow losing to the bears.

EDIT
Nvm i looked it up. The crappy part of 40 minutes highlights is you dont get a good feel for the game, miss all injury info, and the stuff happening on the sidelines like coaching decisions.

But the positive is.... You dont sit through 3hrs of absolute crap football.

weird time to be a WI sports fan. The packers are young and dumb and not sure their potential doing a rebuild while making playoffs.

The bucks are old and slow and not sure their potential as they have superstars but walk through games like old men but still making the playoffs.

I'd add McKinney. They have a solid base. Need some secondary and pass rush help; trade some youth for wisdom (i.e. vets who've been there).

Also, no **** way I'm getting rid of MLF or any of the coaches. They are human and will make mistakes. MLF and Hafley are young and can continue to develop just like the players on the team. I see no indication that MLF isn't determined to improve himself.

This might be just as bad as the early timeout.

If Caleb throws a bomb td, when his aDoT all game was basically 0, then so be it. Anything more than 15 yards and in bounds is game over.

Yea I love what Hafley did this season, and I don't even really care they lost the game. But Hafley probably cared and if he was trying to win and he called that that's an abysmal call in every way

I'd add Zach Tom to the studs list.

Mentioned "X" but yes agreed the base is very solid, not upset at where the franchise is at

That is one of the worst defensive playcalls I can remember as a Packers fan and my memory goes back to the late 80's. They must have idiotically thought the Bears would somehow run out of time with a pass over the middle? I have no idea.

They basically gifted the Bears a makeable FG attempt for no reason. Bizarre.

I only rank 4th and 26 a worse play call where we had Nick Barnett and company covering dudes in the flat and leaving the middle open. In a vacuum this one was worse because they called timeout and then came up with the choice to concede a FG attempt to the bears. It’s almost like they wanted to lose do they think they match up better with Philly? I truly don’t get it.

I only rank 4th and 26 worse because of the stakes. Those are far and away top 2 worst defensive play calls I can think of.

The call against Tampa in the NFCCG before half I think was worse too but yea this was bad

Oh my yeah. Good call that and Aaron Jones fumble cost a trip to the Super Bowl. Leaving Kevin King on an island in that situation against a speedster just unforgivable.

Not sure if actually true or just rumors, but I always heard that Donatell wanted to blitz on 4th and 26 but Sherman overruled him.

The other related rumor was that on the possession prior to that Sherman chickened out on 4th and 1 because we got stuffed on the goal line in the 1st half.

If I recall, the punt was a touchback and was only a net of like 20-something yards.

If I recall correctly, 4th and 26 was less a bad play-call (pretty sure they rushed 5) and more about what a terrible angle Bhawoh Jue took trying to cover Mitchell. God that dude was terrible. Pretty much was his Brandon Bostic moment.
