Does anyone other than US and Canada actually play American Football?

I think in China the league is now like 30+ teams. For tackle football.

We have 2-3 teams in Hong Kong.

Flag is pretty popular throughout asia. Lots of leagues and tournaments.

The rational move is to outsource all NFL labor to China, since per-hour & annual costs are so much lower; Step 1 Expand the draft to Chinese prospects to gain contractual control of their careers within NFL domain, 2 fire, waive, cut all currently rostered NFL players who don't accept 80% pay cuts, with AI replacing the bottom 60% of all media, admin, and corporate staff at 1265. All AI prompts post-2026 outsourced to CheeseheadTV, ACME Packing Co, &etc

Lol, actually I'll root for them all year (or at least not root against them). I like Tomlin and the Steelers, and I don't really have ill will toward Rodgers. It's not like he did anything bad to GB before he got traded--treated Love well, didn't try to go to MIN or some rival out of spite, didn't have a Fox-News exclusive interview blaming GB lol.

I have good friends who are Jets fans, and I would find it perversely hilarious if Rodgers ends up balling out and the Steelers have a great year.

How much would the price tag for Watt even be? Our 1st and 2nd next draft? Plus additional?

Realistically Watt is probably too expensive for the Packers to pursue. Maybe the price tag comes down a bit due to age and needing a new deal.

Hendrickson is probably more obtainable, but Gute seems ready to take the internal development route, so hopefully LVN with a healthy hand can show up this season.

Yeah, I think the $$$-generating national sports media is maximally unaware that the nation/Packers don't care about where Rodgers goes or whether he plays. The Jets signing Rodgers was fun in a catastrophic match-made-in-heaven kinda way, just really fun & great in a predictable & slow-motion disaster kinda way, NYC deserved him; I didn't even have to watch blow-by-blow close to enjoy the spectacle. The Jets-Steelers matchup will be fun, but Pack fans will honor Rodgers, whether or not we respect him, before either kickin his a$$ or watching a boring game that doesn't live up to the hype.
