Don't buy MLBTV-It doesn't work

Post#1 » by heavesrock » Sun Apr 15, 2007 6:30 pm

I have a 400k subscription. When I try to access it, I get a message telling me I need a 700k subscription to watch 400k games. I'm paying 90 bucks for games I can't watch. When you try to tell MLB about it, they don't respond to your emails, or have you sit on hold for an hour to be disconnected.

Does anyone else have this problem?

If so, spread the word and maybe MLB will get a clue!

I know people who have the same problem with MLBTV... thats why I never felt bad about getting those streams on the Net. The customer service in all major sports leagues (NFL excluded) is just terrible.

I didn't have a problem with MLB TV during their 5 day risk free trial. Everything worked fine. Yea, their customer service department puts you on hold for a lengthy while.

Of course. That's when they want to lure you in, and do whatever they can to avoid you having problems. Once they have your money, they don't give two sh*ts.

Works perfect for me in 400K mode. Occassionaly a game will freeze up but other than that everything is great. Watch it at work every single night

Don't know if you got it working yet, but you might want to try clearing out your browser cache and cookies. Or possibly try using a different browser.

I have direct TV and bought the sports package purely to watch the yankees games on YES Network and i've prolly seen 5-6 games this year out of like 15.

And 3 of them were on espn, not even on Yes. It gets very annoying. Nearly every game is blacked out. Its not even like i live across the country, i live in Jersey.
