Are you kidding me? Because a former teammate bad mouths a player? Gee, that's never happened before.

I find it shocking all the people trying to villify Favre. It's a two way street, and in my opinion Favre deserved better. He should have been talked into returning before he ever retired. This is where the Packers failed. If the Packers truly wanted him back, he'd be back. It seems apparent there was no real encouraging him to return.

Yes, they should chartered a private plane to fly down to Mississippi and hold a large press conference announcing his return. Why they weren't willing to go to those lengths is beyond me.
