I can't believe it took over a year for Time Warner and Charter to come to their senses.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It would be nice if whoever is holding up CBS in HD on DirecTV would get off of their asses. Especially with all of the Jets games on 58 this year.
F*** Marc Davis, f*** Tim Donaghy and f*** David Stern as a staff, record label and as a mothaf**kin crew......and if you wanna be down with Stern then F*** YOU TOO!!! Stu Jackson f*** you too.....all you mothaf**kas F*** YOU TOO!!!!

That would be Channel 58's owner, Weigel Broadcasting. and 58 general manager Jim Hall.

When DirecTV first started offering local channels a few years ago 58 was the last one to sign on. And now they are doing the same with HD.

58 has always had a minor league organization. The station is run like a high school a/v department.

I think the guys who ran 58 back when they were a tiny UHF channel are still calling the shots.

Time Warner has it now? I have Directv, but my Uncle has Time Warner and was going nuts without Badger games.

Yes TW and BTN announced their agreement earlier this week.

we need to edit out the C from TWC in the locked thread related/linked to this one. I thought for a moment The Weather Channel (the real TWC) was going to expand on its weather coverage of football games and start showing football games.

On a more related note ...I have to believe now that Time Warner purchased/offers the big ten network, it will have a trickle down effect to other cable networks. We get mediacom cable where I live. It's a national cable company, but doesn't offer either the big ten network or The NFl network.
