Not knowing real injury status makes it tough but here goes...
QB - 3 - our 3 kids
RB - 3 - Grant, Jax, Lumpkin makes - Morency goes.
FB - 2 - Hall & Kuhn
WR - 5 - the obvious - Swain on PS
TE - 3 - Lee Tory, Fin, - Haynos on PS
OL - 9 - Chad Mark Jason Scott josh Daryn Allen Tony + FA pickup - Beno on PS
25
DL - 10 - 10th being Muir or FA pickup
LB - 7 - you know
DB - 9 - do not understand coaches bush love - IF Pep is healthy he stays & Bush finally gets cut
26
Specialists - 3
That's one too many. Who goes? A FB? A OL? A LB? TE Tory?
Maybe LB White's or G Sitton's injury puts one of them on PUP?
IF not -
IF Wells is solid health & ready to go then 8 OL and no FA signed.
OR
Hodge gets traded.

I'd be shocked if either Herron or Morency didn't make the team
My guess is Herron makes it

Re: Make your final roster prediction
QB (3): Rodgers, Brohm, Flynn
RB (5): Grant, Jackson, Morency, Herron, Hall
WR (5): Driver, Jennings, Jones, Nelson, Martin
TE (3): Lee, Humphrey, Finley
OL (9): Clifton, Tauscher, Wells, Spitz, Colledge, Sitton, Barbre, Moll, Giacomini
DL (10): Jenkins, Pickett, Jolly, Kampman, KGB, Cole, Hunter, Montgomery, Thompson, Muir
LB (6): Poppinga, Barnett, Hawk, Chillar, Bishop, Hodge
DB (9): Woodson, Harris, Williams, Blackmon, Lee, Bush, Collins, Bigby, Rouse
K (1): Crosby
P (1): Ryan
LS (1): Jansen
White is last cut. I don't think they keep 7 LB's, even with the strength of the position. They will go heavy on DL given issues.

I think Lumpkin wins a spot over Morency.
Giacomini to the practice squad and I'd replace him with Coston.
Everything else I agree with.

Re: Make your final roster prediction
Scoop's got a good article about roster cuts.
Flynn absolutely cannot be exposed to the practice squad.
I really want to see Lumpkin make the team. Sounds like he's above Morency and Heron. Kuhn should stay, too.
Despite Finley's god awful blocking mishaps he's too young and too athletic to cut in favor of someone like Haynos or Humphrey.
I like the idea of keeping Bishop, Hodge and Chillar, even if it means keeping less offensive lineman.
I feel bad for Jansen if the knee is serious.

Re: Make your final roster prediction
One thing i agree in the article about is i'm not 100 percent convinced that Flynn would get claimed if waived, but i could easily see him sign with another team for their practice squad because he'd know he was only waived over Brohm because of draft status. It's moot though because he won't be waived.
I agree that keeping only three safeties makes sense if Bush can be the 4th one as a 5th CB/4th safety.
Seven linebackers just seems excessive to me even if all can play given we run a 4-3 and on pass downs only two linebackers are on the field. I understand that White is a fine ST player, but we should be able to still field fine units without him.
What i'm very curious about is RB. I think we'll keep Lumpkin, but i have no idea if we'll keep either Herron or Morency as a third down back. I'd like to see Herron for that role over Jackson unless the coaches are confident Jackson won't get Rodgers killed by missing blitz blocks.

Re: Make your final roster prediction
Bedard released his version of the 53. He thinks Flynn is gone because the Packers will bring in a vet. I'll be furious if that happens.
He also jettisons Lumpkin and Kuhn. Kuhn I wouldn't care so much for if it means they think Humphrey is a solid enough H-Back, but Lumpkin has to stay. He's a player.

Re: Make your final roster prediction
Saints young DT Orien Harris was cut despite having a solid preseason. He was a good, highly touted player at Miami and he'll wind up on someone's roster.
Stuart Schweigert first gets cut by the Raiders, then the Giants.
Another former highly touted Tennessee DT Jesse Mahelona was cut by the Jags. So was South Florida standout DB Trae Williams and sack master Mkristo Bruce from Washington State.
If Orien Harris wants a job, he'd be smart to land in GB.
