I liked White. Despite what was said, this has to be related to the health of our linebackers.

Lansanah really impressed me in the preseason and i was glad when he cleared waivers and we signed him to the practice squad. I thought he moved really well for a linebacker who also had some nice size and he made a couple nice plays when in the games. I distinctly remember watching one of the preseason games and saying to a buddy, who the hell is this guy? He made a few impressive plays, but i hadn't even remembered the Packers signing him. So i watched him closer the next game and he looked good again.

Didn't we just sign White in the offseason for like a million a year? Didn't we release Hodge who also looked good camp to keep White?

Well, welcome Lansanah. Hope you perform better than Derrick Frost.

White was 3rd on the team in ST tackles so he was doing his job well.
Hope Lansanah can do well on ST cause with Chillar & Bishop in reserve he ain't playing LB this year.

This is a general response to those bitching about Frost.

He has sucked because of inconsistency, but has anyone looked at Jon Ryan's numbers?

Jon Ryan:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=10238
Punts: 14, AVG: 43.7, TB% 21.4, IN20% 14.3, NET 34.5

Derrick frost
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=5481
Punts: 22, AVG: 44.4, TB% 13.6, IN20% 9.1, NET 38.2

Blame the coverage units if you want, but Frost is also a better hang-time punter (which he has sucked at the past few weeks).

It also looks like Ryan is punting from short distances a lot more right now.

Ryan getting more inside the 20 but is also booting a bunch into the endzone.

Frost is getting less in the endzone but placing it better.

Right now on the small sample size, their seasons have been a wash.

Then again, Ryan would probably have helped our rushing game. :)

So, we cut Hodge for White, now we cut him?
