I don't think Peppers is our best option. He's athletic as hell, and he'd probably be able to make the adjustment to a 3-4, but I'd rather have Suggs. He's played in a 3-4, had success, is a bit younger, and will be cheaper. I'd rather spend money on a guy who you know can excel in your system, not a guy who hopes he will.

I agree. Suggs should be our #1 priority but there is zero chance of him signing here. Teddy will put the kaybosh on that. God forbid we sign a young athletic stud at a position of dire need when we have a ridiculous amount of cap space after coming off a pathetic season.
