Yeah, earlier in the season when things weren't going quite so well, I thought Gruden would be a great choice, given his affinity for Green Bay, the fact that we wouldn't have to change our entire system, and that he would probably be comfortable allowing Capers to keep doing what he's doing with this defense.

Has anyone thought of the possibility of Capers leaving for a HC job after this season? As the defense continues to get press, so does he. I'm not sure who could adequately replace him.
