Is this your personal rating or from someone else?

I don't understand why Ted didn't take Burnett with the second rounder he used on Neal. Then he could have taken Neal with the 3rd rounder and not had to trade away a 4th. It seems like he got this backwards and it ended up costing him that 4th round pick.

Alright I trust Ted. Atleast there is some sort of explanation.

Why do people assume that the 'Mock Drafters' know where these guys are going to go? If the Raiders 'reach' on a guy, that's one thing...

If a guy like TT or a GM who actually knows what he is doing takes someone early, you know that player probably would have gone pretty shortly after.

I agree with this, the GMs in the league no way more about what is going on than some dip **** like Mel Kiper Jr.

For the record I can't stand Kiper and never have been able to :P

Must be charts of his own guys of course. other teams don't share theirs with us of course. so who cares he was moving up our own board. doesn't mean any other team was interested.

They all talk to eachother and put out feelers, no team is doing this completely blind without any idea whatsoever is going on with other teams. If you draw enough connections I would be willing to bet that there is someone on the Packers staff that has worked with someone else on every other staff in the NFL at some point in their career, or pretty damn close.

You can't honestly believe they have no idea what other teams think, maybe not exactly and they all spread false rumors but they have at least a ballpark idea.

between non-disclosure agreements and the law - I doubt they share/say much particular.

You can't honestly believe they spill their guts about who they like at the critical moment after weeks of positioning?

I'm coming around on the Neal pick. I think that the other 2 picks were excellent value.

Neal pick was horrible. Easily a F there. Does TT have to wast ea early pick on a DT that does nothing every year?

So far I would give the draft a B.

The Bulaga and Burnett picks were good value for the spots they were selected and add depth to positions of need.

The grade slips a bit because of the Neal pick. I think TT reached a little bit and didn't get much value for where he was selecting. That being said, just from reading about the kid, he does have some serious potential. I am a believer that the offensive and defensive lines are extremely important... Getting depth there is never a bad thing.

Hopefully we add an OLB and a RB/Return Specialist here in day 3. A corner with one of the later picks would also be nice.
