7/8 his only miss I think was from 37 on the left hash. I think he is 3/3 from 50+ and he made the one from 40 at the right hash which was his trouble spot last year.

McCarthy said Clay Matthews "tweaked" his hamstring but didn't know the severity.

Flyn looks horrible. If Rogers goes down for a few games we have no shot of winning.

A few observations about last night....Thought the young DB's all looked pretty good, Shields had a very nice pick, Burnett will not release his starting job at safety again, Bigby screwed himself, although Burnett will have some growing pains. Thought the young D-lineman played pretty well...Harrell seemed to have a little penetration and Neal blew up a tackle think it might have been Tausch (who appeared to have been beaten a couple times). I wish Hawk would play like that every game, always seems to come out of the blocks real aggressive to start a season then quickly tails off.

Thought the first team o-line looked bad, as I mentioned Tausch getting beat more than once, no running lanes, seemed to be a lot of pressure all night. I thought Bishop looked horrible in coverage, it was Finley, but there is going to be a lot of good TE's to cover and Bishop was getting beaten badly. The overall LB depth is a major concern IMO, with Matthews once again having a hamy issue, this is extremely concerning.

Yeah Bishop was horrible in coverage, albeit against Finley but it's not like that's Hawk's strength either. It will be interesting to see how that plays out. This is Bishops last year of his contract, Hawk has one more year. TT will likely pick one of them to extend. Or maybe neither.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Hawk is due $10-$11 Mil next year, it is his last year for all intents and purposes as well.

I like having Tauscher and Clifton back for their pass protection but I do worry about their ability as run blockers now. Granted the were going up against one of the best run defenses in the NFL.

I didn't get a chance to watch the scrimmage...

But reading that article it sounds like Bulaga was by far the worst player on the field. That is not good.

That was not the case at all. Breno and Barbre were much worse from my POV.

Didn't see the scrimmage but from what I read Jones dominated the running game.

I didn't' see this Saturday, but watched it last night on the NFL network. I thought Raji looked very disruptive at the nose which was nice to see.

I still haven't got a chance to see it. Last year during the preseason when he was fully healthy, Raji looked like he could be an absolute stud though. If he can stay healthy, I think he'll be an impact player.
