He is the one player I wish was healthy all year but I do not complain about it. You can't control that so why cry?

That's because we never got to him. It's devastating to send a blitz and not even pressure a qb, and that's exactly what we did last year.

Ryan nearly gagged the game away 3 wks ago? I'd say that false. That team lives and dies by the blitz, and if you don't remember, it iced the game for them on a Brent pick six.

And when we blitzed today it wasn't getting there either, which is why Capers pretty much stopped bothering with blitzing and taking guys out of coverage when blitzing wasn't providing pressure from it anyways. If my memory is correct, all three picks thrown by Brett came with Favre initially having time to throw, it wasn't until he moved around in the pocket that a pass rusher got on him.

As for Ryan, i don't want to rehash that game, but the Jets had a 15-0 lead and the Vikings offense was doing absolutely nothing. After two all out blitzes by Ryan on 3rd and 19 and 3rd and 17 were torched for long TD's, Minnesota was back in the game.

Edit----Just watched the Bishop pick. Capers sent Woodson and Hawk on a blitz. Woodson got chipped though and fell down right away, no factor. Hawk as he always does on his blitzes got picked up and did absolutely nothing. Favre had a good pocket, but he pump faked and then slid up in the pocket. CJ Wilson though had been cut and was on the ground, as Brett moved up in the pocket by CJ on the turf, he got up off the ground and was right by where Favre moved up.
